Staro Bure
Wood-fired oven
About Staro Bure
Staro Bure opened on 30 May 2007 in a building in traditional Macedonian style, with room for around 300 guests inside and in the summer garden. The kitchen grills over charcoal and bakes pizza and pastrmajlija, the pie of salted meat, in a wood-fired oven; the house speciality is oven-baked ribs. Old-town songs set the mood. Our advice: try the pastrmajlija; parking is free at the Leptokarija centre.
