About Macedonia Square & the Warrior on a Horse
Macedonia Square is the centre of city life: a broad paved space by the Stone Bridge, dominated by the Warrior on a Horse, a bronze equestrian statue on a column above a large fountain that plays with music and lights in the evening. Cafés line the edges, and the pedestrian Makedonija street leads south from here.
