Pivnica An fills the cobbled courtyard of Kapan An, a 15th-century caravanserai in the Old Bazaar. The menu covers Macedonian and Balkan classics such as sarma, turli tava and grilled meats, and the setting is one of the loveliest in the city. It can be a little hard to find: look for the arched entrance off the lanes.
