About Saraj recreation centre
The sports and recreation centre at Saraj was laid out in 1948 as part of a Saraj–Matka recreation zone and is one of the city’s oldest picnic places. Today its 240,000 m² of meadows are looked after by the City of Skopje, and families come for picnics, ball games and fresh air. Our advice: pack a picnic and continue to Matka Canyon.
