About Gostilnica DM
DM began as a modest place for a meal and grew into one of Skopje’s best-known gostilnicas. The specialities are chicken and pork cut into pieces, seasoned and grilled, along with pljeskavica, ražnići and sausages. Unusually for the city, there is no band: the owners say the conversation at the tables is the music. Students, business people and diplomats all sit side by side. Our advice: book; free tables are rare in the evening.
