‘Sedmica’ opened on 7 September 1987, when private businesses were still rare, and it has been the city’s favourite burger ever since. The classic is simple: a beef pljeskavica in a bun with chips, ketchup and mayonnaise. There are branches in Aerodrom, Karpoš 3 and Avtokomanda, all of them busy late. Our advice: order the classic hamburger, exactly as it comes.
