Jeronimo is one of the few places in Skopje that roasts its own coffee, and it treats coffee as an experience rather than a quick shot. Order an espresso or a filter brew, ask about the origins on the shelf, and leave with a bag of beans. Our advice: worth the short taxi ride to Aerodrom if you take your coffee seriously.
