On the seventh floor of the Hotel Arka, the panoramic bar and its roof terrace look out over the domes and roofs of the Old Bazaar to the mountains beyond. Come at dusk, when the bazaar lights up below. Our advice: ask the hotel whether the terrace is open before you go up.
